A community interest company (CIC) that provides loan schemes for homeowners, landlords, empty property owners and more for a variety of purposes.

A not-for-profit organisation using Council partner funding to provide low cost, responsible loans so that homeowners can afford to live in a safe, warm and comfortable home.
